Casey and Patrick met a decade ago at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Their careers took them through Michelin-starred kitchens like Bouchon, Quince, and Acquerello, refining their craft and love for thoughtful dining.
Eventually, they returned to Casey’s hometown in Dayton and opened Grist.
Now, Resonant marks the next chapter — an elevated yet approachable dining experience focused on connection, memory, and the joy of food. Casey and Patrick are thrilled to share this new space shaped by their journey, their craft, and the people who’ve inspired them.
